In some cases, excess material (referred to as flash) may be present around the edges of the part due to slight imperfections in the mold or the injection process. This excess material is trimmed off, and any additional finishing processes, such as machining or surface treatments, may be applied as needed. Quality Control: Throughout the process, quality control measures are implemented to ensure that the parts meet specified requirements. This may include dimensional inspections, visual inspections, and functional testing.
