Planning My Wife’s Birthday

As my wife’s birthday neared, I have thought of the perfect plan to surprise her. Since we both had to go to work on the day of her birthday, I sent her sunflowers at her workplace with bits of eucalyptus in there. She always liked those long-stemmed flowers. It made her smile so much that I would exchange anything for that smile not to go away. After that, I wrote a series of letters for her to read. One letter was to be opened when she woke up right beside me on our bed. The second letter would be opened after dinner. The third letter was to be opened after I have made her feel like the best woman in the world because she is and she deserves the best. A lot of people would say that this might be too simple or this is such a mainstream move, but my wife is simple and I love her for that. Now, let me tell you how I got into the preparation of my wife’s simple, sweet birthday celebration. I had to research where to buy flowers in Manila. I was not sure if people still li
