Pavlova is one of a many tasty desserts ever invented and works good with any fruit or fruit combination. A soothing marshmallow-like centre is essential. Once a meringue is only cooked, my mom turns off a oven and leaves it to cold overnight in a oven. I�m positively not going to disagree with her.
