So it all started right after the elections ended. Phil Suess pretty much lived in the office of the Mayor here in Wheaton city. From what he promised during the election campaign, he did quite the opposite to it. But things didn't look this dark at the beginning of the tenure. He acted as a true ambassador of Wheaton.
