Winstrol is a steroid compound that is available as both an oral and injectable. It is most often used as cutting agent because it does not produce huge weight gains and it also reverses some of the bloated look of testosterone and replaces it with a dry look. This compound is a derivative of Dihydrotestosterone, although its activity is much milder than this androgen in nature. It is technically classified as an anabolic steroid, shown to exhibit a slightly greater tendency for muscle growth than androgenic activity in early studies.
