The first couple of weeks were hard�really hard. I had to really come to terms with how out of shape I had let myself become, but it just made me that much more determined to improve. After a few weeks, I found I could keep up better and be less sore. Most importantly, I was starting to see results! After 2 months, I had lost 8lbs of fat and gained 3lbs of muscle. I had more energy and actually started looking forward to working out. Every time someone made a comment that I looked good, or looked like I lost weight, I felt a little extra boost in my motivation. It�s now one year later, and I can honestly say coming to FTF has changed my life.
