Personality Assessment involves administration, scoring, and interpretation of measures of personality characteristics to refine clinical diagnoses and structure them for easy understanding in quantitative terms. Broadly, two types of approaches are taken viz. the "Humanistic oriented" and the "Psychodynamic oriented" approach.
