PEO’s Work Experience Record

The PEO Work Experience Record (WER) is a critical part of the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) license procedure. It’s a detailed document where applicants outline and describe their engineering work experience to demonstrate that they meet the required 48 months (4 years) of acceptable engineering experience, with at least 12 months being Canadian experience under a licensed professional engineer (P.Eng).
