I went to Best Buy and they said they could not fix my screen. I then went to Damian who said without hesitation, yes I can fix it just come back in 1 hour. He gave me upfront honest advice and took care of 2 other issues wile I waited. While I waited several other customers came in and were bragging how great Damian is to a third customer.
