CD Bioparticles provides PbS semiconductor quantum dots with excellent optical property, suitable forbidden band width and 900~1600 nm near-infrared emission wavelength range. By surface ligand exchange process, Our PbS quantum dots can be dissolved into water and present good biocompatibility, thus can be widely used for bioimaging and drug delivery. Besides, our PbS QDs have large Bohr radius with strong quantum effect, narrow particle size distribution and stability, which can be used in solar cells and light emitting devices.
