PayPal Business Accounts are for businesses that need to process more than 100 payments per month. If your business is based in the United States, you can sign up for a PayPal Business Account at no additional charge, and you'll get the same features as our Personal Account. If you're operating outside the United States, signing up for a PayPal Business Account will cost you $30/month plus VAT or GST.
