Over the last many months, Intuit� reinforced existing security features to guard your QuickBooks� Desktop customers� sensitive information. When a user logs off explicitly through the Company File, as shown in the figure below, or as soon as the login period expires (as defined when you look at the Company Preference by the admin), the consumer may be needed to provide their username and password again to login to the Company File.
