The Caribbean Passport Program is a regional visa program that allows citizens of certain countries to travel to and within the Caribbean without the need for a traditional passport. The program was created in order to encourage tourism and economic activity within the region. There are currently 22 participating countries, and any citizen of one of these countries can apply for a Caribbean passport. The application process is relatively simple, and once approved, the passport is valid for 5 years. This program has also helped to foster closer ties between the participating countries and has made it easier for people to travel within the region.
