The concept behind "paleo meals for weight loss" is to eat as the first humans did. Paleo is like the food that humans who used to gather food would eat. These meals are made up of full, natural foods that help the body burn fat on its own. I was struck at how simple the paleo diet food list was when I first saw it. The regimen leaves out items that weren't there in ancient times, such as sugar, dairy, wheat, and created snacks.
