The term ?Triphala? is taken from Sanskrit, meaning three fruits. Triphala is basically a mixture of dried fruits of three plants that are native to India. Those three plants are Amla or Emblica officinalis, Bibhitaki or Terminalia bellirica, and Haritaki or Terminalia Chebula.
