Welcome to the OPI Mexico City collection! This collection features twelve new shades all inspired by the bright and festive shades of the city. For this collection OPI partnered with a native Mexican artist named Sofia Castellanos, who is known for her illustrations and murals. Her artwork is featured on select packaging throughout the campaign. The formula was good with these. Most of the light shades tended to be three coats and the medium and dark shades were just two coats.
