It�s been one year since the Borderline shooting that took 12 lives in Thousand Oaks. The community honored the victims with beautiful remembrances and the dedication of a Healing Garden. If this kind of tragedy can happen in one of the safest cities in America, it can happen anywhere. Please be vigilant. If you hear someone threatening harm to others, speak up. Take a moment to make yourself aware of your surroundings in a public space. Look for exits and security personnel.
