Old Forester 1920 is one of the country's oldest bourbon distilleries. It was made both before and after it became illegal to consume alcohol. I'm glad to know that. Old Forester was given one of the few licenses to continue producing and selling for "medical purposes," while many other distilleries were forced to close. It's also said to have been the first company to bottle whiskey, avoiding manipulation.
