Okada Manila Seeks to End US Merger, Accuses SPAC Partner of Fraud

The operating entities of the Philippines integrated resort Okada Manila, under the leadership of Toji Takeuchi, have filed a series of counterclaims against US-based SPAC firm 26 Capital Acquisition Corp. They are seeking to terminate a previously planned merger agreement that would have resulted in Okada Manila being listed on the NASDAQ.
