Non Formal Education Is Helpful in Development of Society

Non-formal education has been best defined as any organized educational activity that takes place outside the formal academic system. It is mostly a flexible, learner-centric approach that mainly depends on the participation and interest of the learners which sets it apart from formal education. UNESCO has referred to non-formal education as something that takes us closer to education and helps to get rid of ignorance among people who are unable to get proper schooling.
