No CBI Court Relief For Gupta In Agusta Case

A special CBI court on Tuesday refused to cancel the non-bailable warrants (NBWs) against the former managing director of of realty major Emaar MGF, Shravan Gupta, observing he did not join the probe despite summons and was trying to evade the investigation on one ground or the other in the case related to the Rs 3,600-crore AgustaWestland VVIP chopper money laundering case.
