To find any areas of the house that still have lead paint, LCA will help you complete a thorough lead paint inspection using XRF. A Lead Free Certificate (eternally valid) will be issued if the test results show that NO lead has been found. If lead paint is found in the house, the inspector will take the necessary number of dust wipes to obtain a lead safe certification.
