High-speed navigation and downloads are just as possible as video streaming, with which the youngsters in the rear can make long trips without complaint. Thanks to the reliable internet connection, many other functions can be used via the browser of smartphones and tablets. The new Blind Spot Assist detects vehicles in the blind spot and, if necessary, keeps the LEAF in the lane. Regardless of the equipment line, the technology is installed in all LEAF with 40 kWh and 62 kWh batteries. In the top Tekna equipment, an intelligent interior mirror is also used: a rear camera shows on the LCD monitor what is going on behind the vehicle.
