I have been a part of an NGO for about 12 years now. Previous year I was appointed as a head of our NGO. Our NGO solely focuses on providing mid day meals in schools and also takes part in covid 19 food donations. Our NGO team is very big as there are people in each district of our state. Such a huge team not only has volunteers but there are a few paid employees in our organization too like the website developer, finance analyst , social media handle and many more who get paid monthly for their service.
