Newfoundland and Labrador Continues Inviting Skilled Workers Through EOI System

Newfoundland and Labrador continues to strengthen its skilled immigration efforts with its 9th Expression of Interest (EOI) draw of 2026, issuing 445 Invitations to Apply (ITAs). Applicants must submit an EOI profile that will remain valid for a full year, and those who are selected have 60 days to submit a full application. However, priority is given to applicants with relevant work experience, in-demand occupations, valid job offers, strong language skills and a genuine intention to settle in the province.
