There was a time in Singapore, when these heat pads were only found in therapy clinics, saunas, and spa or massage centers. Today however, Singapore heat pads can be found in almost every home in various forms. There is the electric heating pad or massaging heat pad also known as massage chair. Usually made with soft non-vinyl, washable covers that make them comfortable cushions, pillows even mattresses. Internally, they have various nodes that targets specific pressure points in the body. Electrically powered, these nodes vibrate and hits these pressure points and relieve them of tension similar to how actual, manual massage works.
