If you see a red light on your router, it may be related to a hardware or connection problem. To solve the problem, check all the connections you have made between your WiFi devices like router, modem and PC. To fix this issue, reset the device to factory or default settings. You can also download and install system driver updates while you're at it. Once you've done that, restart the router using the steps above and check for no red light.
