Plan Management and Support Coordination are the two NDIS supports which assist the participants in successfully implementing their plan. Both supports work in different ways and, most of the time, complement each other in making the NDIS journey effective and stress-free for the participants. NDIS Support Coordination A support coordinator is the single point of contact for your NDIS plan. They help you understand the NDIS and connect you with various support and services. Apart from planning, coordinating and implementing your NDIS support, a support coordinator also communicates and negotiates with various service providers on your behalf with your consent and approval. Support Coordinators also build your capacity to manage your NDIS plan on your own.
