Mother�s Smile�s Dr. Han: �Let no one be left behind�

Many people outside China are not familiar with the philanthropic activities that originated in the country. Mother's Smile, a children?s charity organisation led by Chinese surgeon Han Kai, carried out more than 203 medical activities such as free surgery and related operations for children in poverty-stricken areas in China. The organisation will mark its 30th anniversary this year. Han and his associate Shao Jinzhi, also known as Paul, believe their mission can be summarised such that ?no one is left behind?.
