MOT Rules for Classical Vehicles

Some vehicles are classified as classic or historic if they were bought more than 40 years ago and have not had any major changes in the last 30 years. They do not need to attend the MOT Test in Chingford as they are exempted. The changes we are talking about relate to the technicality of such basic parts. If something like this happens then taking part in the test becomes legally required.
