Data management systems are the protocols computers use to communicate on the Internet. Simply, these systems act as a medium to interlink two computers for the purpose of file sharing between them. Individuals and businesses use such systems to upload, download, erase, rename, and copy files on online servers. When individuals upload a file, they transfer their file to the server whereas when they download a file, they extract files from the server to their devices.
