MHADA to sell undisbursed flats state obtained under discretionary quota

According to reports, flats obtained by the Maharashtra government under its discretionary quota which have not been disbursed will now be handed over to the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) for sale. Moreover, the cabinet approved of an array of discussions on development on land under the erstwhile Urban Land Ceiling Act where the developers have not paid the government the dues.
