Meditation and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies

The use of mindfulness meditation for stress management has gained popularity in recent years. Practicing mindfulness meditation has been proven to help to manage stress and decrease arousal. Therefore, we offer our clients meditation and cognitive behavioral therapies to improve their mental states. All participants were given several sessions of standard CBT during the treatment period. The data shows that each treatment yielded significant improvements over time.
