We set out to deliver this experience to you in a friendly fast service type restaurant, inspired by our early childhood recollections of Mediterranean dishes. Healthy fats and plant-based foods are preferred in the Mediterranean dishes. We prepare delicious food in the traditional manner. By adopting the old-age techniques from the Mediterranean coast and recipes we offer fresh vegetables, fresh meats, a variety of seafoods, and a variety of flavors in Mediterranean dishes.
