Masters in Management Career Progression

Long gone are the days when the MBA was the first step towards getting a career in Management. Post the emergence of the Masters in Management degree, or the MiM, the number of Management related job openings and the demand for the MiM has increased. Reasons ranging from the lack of a work experience requirement, to the cheaper costs of pursuing the Masters in Management as compared to the MBA have led to the increase in the demand of the MiM degree.
