"Professor Emir Cruz Fern?ndez is the author of Muslims of Spain, Marvel Education, and the much-anticipated The Stoic Educator, not to mention a fan of everything related to culture. Emir has always been passionate about literature, so much so that he felt compelled to complete his Ph.D. in Golden Age Spanish Literature. In the process, he also cultivated other arts, particularly the theater. After gaining experience as an actor in everything from experimental to musical theater, he decided it was time to start directing. Today, Dr. Cruz Fern?ndez is proud to be the president of CHAS, Compa??a Hispania de Actores Sobresalientes, meaning the Hispanic Company for Outstanding Actors. "
