My healing journey began 6 Years ago after venturing on the trip of a life time. I spent 1 year in 15 countries on 4 different continents. From Ayahuasca ceremonies in the Bolivian Amazon to hunting with bow and arrow alongside the Hadzabe tribe in the bush of Tanzania, I really went for it. Although amazing, my travels left me in a deep state of disarray upon return. Physically I was left in shambles. With chronic IBS, muscle aches, reoccurring pink eye, tinnitus, night terrors, fatigue, and anxiety, I was at my lowest. In desperation I went to Western Medicine for help. After being told that aside from a mild to medium case of IBS I had a clean bill of health, I painfully realized they couldn?t help me. I then moved to meditation in an attempt to fix the physiological problems mentally. It was here that everything changed. Momentary spiritual awakening gave me glimpses of what true alignment and health really was. A grueling but beautiful journey has unfolded since.
