Manual handling is an unavoidable physical practice in every workplace. While working, you may be required to pull, carry or push heavy objects like bags, carts, boxes etc. Sometimes manual handling could not be avoided in the workplace. The chances of risks happening while manual handling is extremely high. When you don�t have confidence in lifting the weight and still you have to take that it may cause long term injuries to you.
