Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is a self-defense martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting, and submission holds. BJJ make your body to make you thinner and increase your muscles, primarily on your shoulders, back, neck, and legs. BJJ teaches you to gain confidence, focus, and discipline. Every time you step on the mat, you are going to be challenged mentally, physically, and socially. Paxibellum is designed for students to teach BJJ and martial arts at all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
