The Manaslu Circuit Trek starts from Kathmandu by public bus or private jeep, the journey provides nice views of so many beautiful landscapes, rivers, towns, and terraced farmland. On the first day of the trek, you need to spend around 7-8 hours on transportation to get to the overnight spot. Normally trekkers stop at Soti Khola and the next day they proceed to Machhi Khola. The trail follows the Budhigandki River and ascends to the Jagat, Deng, Namrong, and Samagaon.
