I recently joined a new company and during my orientation week, my colleagues and I were given welcome kit for employees by the HR of the company. That kit contained a welcome note from the company?s CEO and a guide containing the rules and guidelines set up within the organization. A typical welcome kit should include items that have a practical usage, are printed with the company?s logo and are made of good quality.
