Low NHS spirit is ‘heartbreaking’, says Matt Hancock

Seeing how NHS staff feel �undervalued� is �heartbreaking�, a new Health Secretary Matt Hancock has said. In his initial debate given holding a job, Mr Hancock also pronounced he was frightened during a turn of bullying reported by staff. The British Medical Association welcomed a view though pronounced it indispensable to be underpinned by action.
