Last October (2020) I started a project to enable LoRa on my Sharp PC-G850V pokekon. It had many moving parts, and required things I don?t have the skills for ? namely electronics. But fortunately, the guy who dragged me into retro-computing, HWR0, came up with the tools I needed: a serial adapter, so that I could send files between my Mac and the Sharp, and a special card that broke out the signals to 3.3 volts, so that I could use modern devices with it: most if not all LoRa-enabled devices I own are in 3v3, and the Sharp is in 5 volts, so it was imperative for me to have an adapter.
