Make sure your Linksys range extender is situated close to your current Wi-Fi router before anything else. This will facilitate the establishment of a solid and reliable link. The range extender should now be connected to a power source. Watch for the power light to turn completely green. After that, use a computer or mobile device to join the Linksys extender's default Wi-Fi network.
