Langtang is closer to Kathmandu which doesn?t take long time to trek in the region. The can be extending from one week or 10 Days. The Long days trek will include Tamang heritage trail and also the Gosainkunda as well as Helambu.The culture of the region is Tibetan - Tamang that is being dominating by Tamang even the people origin are Tibetan. Languages have dominated by Tamang but the cultures of people are mixed where they used to sing the song in Tibetan language.
