I used land loans some time ago and had a pretty good experience with them. Until the time I needed, I did not know that there were terms such as "land loans", I think I just thought that it would be called a loan. I know about construction loans but loans for land avoiding me. So, land loans are, if you haven't guessed it, the loan where you use to buy land.
