KTET, also known as the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test, is a state-level exam conducted by the Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan. The exam is held to determine the eligibility of candidates for teaching positions in government and private schools in the state of Kerala. The exam is conducted in four categories ? Category I, Category II, Category III, and Category IV. Category I is for teachers of lower primary classes, Category II is for teachers of upper primary classes, Category III is for teachers of high school classes, and Category IV is for language teachers.
