Commonwealth Games is a multi-sport event involving athletes from the Commonwealth of Nations. It is held once every four years. CWG is organized under the aegis of the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF). Since its inauguration event in 1930, the CWG has been held every four years, except 1942 and 1946 due to Second World War.
