Keith N. Corman developed an early love of trains. At his boyhood home in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, the Baltimore and Ohio line ran within view and a New York Central branch bordered his backyard. Daily he?d race to watch the trains pass. The steam locomotives still in use were particularly exciting. All of his family and neighborhood knew the importance of safety around the railroads. As the years progressed, Keith never lost his interest in railroading, although he followed the course to pursue public service.
