While Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain are fresh from the signing of superstar Lionel Messi, there were several reports which linked Cristiano Ronaldo's potential move to the club. However, recent revelation suggests that there was in fact, no such communication or intention from the club which already boasts several of the finest footballers in modern-day game. A tweet from transfer pundit Fabrizio Romano confirmed that PSG were never planning to sign the Portugal star. He even attributed a quote to Juve manager Massimiliano Allegri according to which he knew that "Paris Saint-Germain were never planning to sign Cristiano Ronaldo this summer. Juventus manager Allegri confirms: 'Cristiano told me he?s staying at Juventus. He?s not leaving the club and it was never a problem, he?s training so well'. Flag of Portugal #PSG #Juventus," he tweeted.
